Jiabao Liu graduates from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) School of Law with a Master of Laws degree. Additionally, she obtained Juris Doctor from the City University of Hong Kong. She a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Jiabao Liu specializes in various immigration cases, including U visas, border parole, Special Immigrant Juvenile, removal defense, family-based immigration, various waivers (601, 601A, 212, 602), consular process, and EB-1A, etc. Prior to pursuing a legal career, she worked as a TOEFL and SAT instructor at the Beijing New Oriental North America Project Department. Later, she served as an immigration attorney in a reputable immigration law firm in Los Angeles (The Matian Firm) and a non-profit organization.

Currently, Attorney Liu is the Managing Attorney at the Los Angeles office of Kerb Law Group, PLLC.
